Warranty and Updates

New Intelligence will correct software errors in TRAC software applications provided customer has a paid-up participation in the Annual Support Program (ASP).  For customers with ASP's, New Intelligence will provide annual software updates as such updates are available.   


Returns

Once any TRAC software applications are installed at customer site, no returns can be accepted.
